We entered this path with wanting to work together, share in the Japanese heritage and share our story.
We believe that There is a need and always room for traditional folk art in today's modern times, it creates a more inspired , vibrant and engaged society.
For us there are so many efforts to sustain and support wood art and Kokeshi tradition and culture.
Our approach is simply to work with our hands and the raw materials to create a little Kokeshi personality with beautiful woods
Kokeshi are believed to bring prosperity,peace and a sense of safety to the houses that they occupy

Oh my! This wonderfully unique Kokeshi doll is expertly crafted utilizing the wood bark of its original tree. Her hair braids are carefully placed to look free as the wind could move them. And what a lovely spirited look on her expressive face! I gasped with excitement upon revealing this tall lady from her careful packaging. The highly dramatic effect was unexpected, especially because of her awesome size. She is displayed center stage with honor. Thank you, NaomiGallery!
